Shipping Policy
Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for orders is 5-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders places after 10:00am (PST) may be processed the following business day. processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or method selected after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left the warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
Orders take 4-7 business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your order will be automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.
We cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping Options and Costs
Rates vary based on location and estimated weight of your package. Please allow 4-7 business days for international orders to be processed.
International Orders - Customs Fees, Import Tax, and Duties
For all international orders (outside of the U.S.) the total amount you pay does not include all applicable customs duties and taxes. We do not guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
Failed delivery/Return to Sender/Abandoned Packages
For packages that cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local post center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense and shipping costs and any duty and tax the package the may incur will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Packages deemed abandoned will forfeit the right to a refund for the order.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at support@swithwear.com.
Exchanges
We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of sizing. Exchanges are only available for in-stock items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that exchanges are only available for US continental orders.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@swithwear.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you information on how to proceed, along with a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. When requesting an exchange, please include your order number, the sized item you received, and the new size you'd like.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
